Rice Flour is one of the easiest flours to make. You can use short or long grain rice. The most common rice that is use is sweet rice (to be honest it doesn't really taste sweet). You can use rice flour for many purposes like deep fried chicken, Mochi, and even bread. Try it out your mind will change once you use this flour.

Ingredients
1 cup of rice
Instructions
Put your rice in a bowl and wash your rice until the color of the water is clear
Dry it out on a sheet pan with paper towels
Once it all dry, put your rice in a food processor or blender and pulse into a fine powder
Sift your rice flour into a glass container for safe storage
Storage
Rice flour can keep good in a glass container for a long time but it always best to use it before 6 months.
