Oven Fried Turkey Legs

Oh my God these are so good. I swear eating these remind me of going to the Circus fair and eating big freaking Turkey legs that were deep fried. Since a lot of people at home don't have tools for deep frying, I'm going to show you how to oven fry these and still make it taste good. They are crunchy, greasy, juicy, and for love sake they are Turkey Legs.

Prep Time: 10 Mins

Cook Time: 50 Mins

Total Time: 60 Mins

Yield: 3 or 4

Ingredients

  • Salt, pepper, and Garlic mix

  • 2 Tbs of Olive Oil

  • 3 or 4 Turkey Legs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and find a big sheet pan

  2. Layer the turkey legs on the sheet pan and add your Oil and your favorite salt, pepper, and Garlic mix onto the turkey legs

  3. Put the sheet pan in and Cook the Turkey legs for 50 mins turning the sheet pan around after 30 mins in.

  4. If the Turkey are getting way to brown and almost look like they might burn. Wrap them around with foil so it keep them safe from that.

  5. If using a meat thermometer make sure the turkey hit 170 on the inside. (This is when they turn juicy and fall off the bone)

  6. After done cooking leave the Turkey legs outside 15 mins to cool down and have the juices recuperate back into the meat.

Storage Life
