Chocolate Cobbler

Updated: Sep 15, 2025

Don't you love CHOCOLATE!! Well I have a recipe that will knock your boots off. This cobbler is soooo good I swear you'll be wanting to eat it all day. It warm, oozy, and fluffy with chocolate melting everywhere. I hope you like this recipe as much as I do because even with me you can never get enough of CHOCOLATE!!

The Best Chocolate For Your Cobbler

I use a cacao powder that from viva naturals. I like their product because it made from dry cacao nibs that are high in fat so the fatting in the powder is a half of more gram than regular cocoa powder. I think everyone knows the saying " More fat, More Flavor" which is very true with this powder. I'm not getting paid to say this and have no sponsor from them but that how much I like their product. I highly recommend it to you if your doing a lot of baking.

The Texture of the Cobbler

The texture of it is going to have a fluffy cake on top and liquidly bottom of chocolate. You want to really pour the coffee at every inch of the cake pan as possible and Do Not Stir it all. The cobbler will form together as it bakes and make itself rise when baking. Especially make sure you sprinkle the dry ingredients as evenly as possible on top this will have an even layer of fluffiness at every corner. It will look dark like it burnt but it wont be burnt it just the brown sugar, coffee, and chocolate mixing together.
