Blueberry Syrup

This Blueberry syrup is really thick and delicious. It great on any breakfast bread or dessert. It not really sugary and has a very decadent flavor of blueberry in it. I would definitely put this on your to do list if you love syrup just as much as I do.



Yield: 8 oz


  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice (fresh is better)

  • 2 cups of blueberry



  1. Add sugar, water, cornstarch, and lemon juice inside medium pot

  2. Boil then add blueberries

  3. Boil for 10 mins then cool and strain through fine mesh strainer in a glass container


Storage life

Leave in the fridge for at least a month for max freshness.
